Fruits, vegetables, meat, cheese, fish, baked goods, specialty foods, herbs, flowers, plants and artisanal crafts. Our markets are excellent venues to develop and grow your business. The community of local residents and seasonal visitors appreciate the sense of community and connection found at the Farmers Market.

We are looking for local growers and producers to participate in our Community Agriculture Table - a lower- commitment way to get a taste of the farmers market!
Homesteaders and small market growers can apply at a reduced fee, for the opportunity to experience all that a Farmers Market has to offer.
heres how it works…

A full season runs from May 6 - October 11 and includes both the Haliburton and Minden locations.

Guest Vendors must apply for at least one 5-week block. This is a great opportunity to get a taste of being a market vendor, or for agricultural vendors, sell at peak season!

Charity and Not-For-Profit community groups from Haliburton County can apply to the market to share their cause. Community Groups can attend the market, when space permits, to a maximum of 2 market days. There will be no charge for Community Group booth space.

Pop-Up Market Vendors can apply for a one-time market day - when space permits

In an effort to increase representation of local Agriculture at the Farmers Market, the HCFMA provides a Community Agriculture Table for local individual agricultural vendors to participate during the regular market season. Homesteaders and small market growers can apply at a reduced fee, for the opportunity to experience all that a Farmers Market has to offer. Space is limited to a maximum of three market days, with the anticipation of becoming a guest or full-time vendor the following year. Please use the regular Vendor application.

Live performers of all kind at Farmers Markets create a great draw to the market and can provide a positive buzz to the Market atmosphere. The HCFMA encourages local talented, musicians and performers to attend the market!

We are a producers-based market, whether agricultural, prepared foods or artisan vendors. All products offered for sale must be grown or produced by the vendor - exceptions may apply.

The HCFMA has a Board of Directors which accepts and reviews all applications each season. To maintain status as a true farmers’ market the Board will maintain at least 51% Agricultural Vendors at the market.
